Job Description

ManpowerGroup Solutions is seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineering Consultant to join our team. As an Industrial Engineering Consultant, you will be part of our Managed Solutions Practice supporting logistics and distribution operations projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Conduct detailed time and motion studies to establish accurate labor standards and productivity benchmarks Perform operational gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization Analyze workflows, staffing models, and process performance to recommend scalable improvements Design and implement standardized processes to enhance throughput, quality, and consistency Partner with operations leadership to translate data insights into actionable process improvements What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related discipline Proven experience conducting time studies, labor modeling, and process optimization initiatives Background in logistics, distribution, supply chain, or high-volume operational environments Strong knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement (CI), and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into practical, implementable solutions What's in it for me?
