Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer , you will analyze systems and develop solutions for new and existing processes that will exceed our clients' expectations. A key aspect of this role is identifying and eliminating wastefulness in production processes. You will take full ownership of projects, devising strategies to use workers, machines, materials, information, and energy more efficiently. This is an on-site position located in our Cedar Falls, Iowa office. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Qualifications… Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering 1-3 years of applicable manufacturing experience Experience improving workers' routines for a more efficient production environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Six Sigma Black Belt certification beneficial Knowledge of statistical process control and lean manufacturing What inspires you… Autonomy to navigate challenging problem spaces Collaborating with a team of high performers focused on a common goal Entrepreneurial spirit and business sense to identify opportunity Does this resonate with you?
