The Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring optimal performance across production lines. As a Process Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Production Manager to identify and implement process improvement initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing production operations, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring the smooth flow of processes to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough monitoring of production processes to uphold standards of quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills to execute their duties effectively. Oversee sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic and food-safe working environment. Enforce adherence to plant regulations, policies, and procedures. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or related field. Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient understanding of manufacturing processes and efficiency optimization techniques.
