It is an outstanding opportunity to get hands-on experience on the manufacturing plant floor and understand how data is applied to make insightful observations, determine process efficiency trends and troubleshooting. Responsibilities Support process engineering initiatives by analyzing process data, identifying anomalies, and implementing solutions to optimize throughput and reduce waste Develop performance standards & metrics; implement analysis and reporting processes to monitor process performance Monitor daily manufacturing performance in various processing areas with effective, efficient, timely, accurate, and insightful reporting Analyze current operational processes; develop and implement ideas for improvement Support the operations team with troubleshooting technical issues Other duties as assigned Requirements Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, physical sciences or data and analytics Students with a minimum of one year of major specific classes, preferred Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills Curiosity and a passion to learn new things and solve problems Ability to work in a plant environment with exposure to loud, hot, cold, or wet environments Ability to sit, stand, walk and climb stairs for eight hours per day About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place.
