Join a growing industrial engineering team supporting distribution center operations, with long-term scope expanding across a broader regional (Americas) network.
Work directly with a small, high-visibility team (initially ~6-7 total team members including engineering and slotting functions).
Contribute across a wide range of projects rather than specializing in a single area
this is intentionally a generalist, high-exposure role.
Assisting with process analysis and continuous improvement efforts across distribution environments
Collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, operators, and operations managers
Participating in projects such as time studies, process optimization, and workflow improvements
Learning and contributing across multiple functional areas rather than owning a single domain

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (required for entry-level candidates) OR equivalent practical experience in industrial engineering-type work (e.g., distribution center / operations experience)
Experience with: Value stream mapping, Process flow mapping / flowcharting, Time studies or process analysis
SQL or data analysis experience
Exposure to training, mentoring, or teaching others
Demonstrated ability to drive results in past projects (focus on outcomes vs. just experience)
Core behavioral / mindset requirements (very important for this role): Strong willingness to learn and be coached, Positive attitude and ability to grow within a team environment, Comfort working across multiple types of projects and responsibilities, Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, Interest in developing a balanced skillset (vs.
specializing early)
Experience with Labor management, Automation, Slotting (product placement optimization)
Lean / Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt or Black Belt)
