Rosemont, Illinois, United States Job Description Position Responsibilities:
+ Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United States + Trend analysis of DCs performance, efficiency, & capacity + Review, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) + Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards ( ELS ) + Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, racking configurations + Support/coordinate warehouse management system ( WMS ) configuration. Ability to translate operational requirements into WMS config/solutions + Up to 90% travel is required + Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
