Skilled Video Production Specialist (VPS) with a strong focus on post-production and video camera operation. This role offers the opportunity to work across live broadcasts, webcasts, and on-demand video and audio projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in editing, encoding, and archiving, as well as a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Position Overview Seeking a skilled Video Production Specialist (VPS) with a strong focus on post-production and video camera operation. This role offers the opportunity to work across live broadcasts, webcasts, and on-demand video and audio projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in editing, encoding, and archiving, as well as a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Technical Requirements Highly creative and technically skilled individual with at least 3 years of professional working experience in post-production. Must have experience with Abobe creative suite software and tools for editing. Experience operating professional video cameras and associated production equipment. Have profesional knowledge and working experience with keying techniques, live and post-production. Have working experience in AI media generation (e.g. video, audio and photographic media) Should have proficient working experience with office 365 applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams) Team and Process Participation Experience working in a collaborative team environment. Active involvement in team meetings, production planning, and change management processes. Will participate in continuous service improvement initiatives. Pay Type Min Base Max Base Hourly $22.12/hr $31.25/hr
