We are looking for a Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations and drive improvements in productivity, quality, and process reliability. Responsibilities Support daily production and resolve manufacturing-related technical issues. Monitor process performance and identify causes of production instability. Optimize manufacturing methods, process parameters, and work instructions. Improve production yield, efficiency, and output. Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring manufacturing issues. Support engineering changes and process improvement activities. Participate in new product introduction and production ramp-up. Work with quality teams on corrective and preventive actions. Maintain manufacturing documentation and process standards. Support productivity and manufacturing cost improvement projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience in production engineering or manufacturing engineering. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations. Ability to analyze technical problems and develop practical solutions. Experience with process control and engineering documentation. Experience with precision metal components is preferred.
