  • Core Responsibilities (2-3)
  • + Support plant IT and manufacturing systems by assisting with troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of applications used on the shop floor (e.
g., scanning systems, quality gates, production tracking). + Assist with data validation, reporting, and basic system updates to help ensure accuracy of production and quality information. + Participate in small improvement projects, including updating documentation, helping test enhancements, and supporting process improvements across IT and operations teams.
  • Required Skills / Education / Experience (2-4)
  • + Currently enrolled in high school or college with interest in Information Technology, Engineering, or Manufacturing. + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, general troubleshooting, or familiarity with applications). + Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment. + Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Preferred (Nice-to-Have) (1-2)
  • + Exposure to programming, databases, or tools such as Power Apps, SQL, or similar technologies. + Interest in manufacturing systems, automation, or process improvement.
