Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineering Intern role located in Elkhart, IN. The Industrial Engineering Intern will assist in analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing efficiency-driven solutions. Responsibilities include conducting time studies, optimizing workflows, developing process documentation, and supporting training initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure manufacturing operations meet quality and production goals. Qualifications Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering principles and practices Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating manufacturing processes and identifying inefficiencies Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly Hands-on experience or familiarity with Manufacturing processes and best practices Ability to assist in Training and development activities as required Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Google Suite) is a plus Previous internship or experience in a manufacturing setting is an advantageSimilar remote jobs
