Process Engineer | Jeffersonville, IN | $80K•90K Bluegrass Supply Chain is looking for a Process Engineer who thrives on solving complex operational challenges and driving measurable improvements across supply chain systems. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and test new processes to improve productivity Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain reports documenting process performance and changes Track and interpret key performance metrics Use process simulation software to evaluate production strategies Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership Develop clear implementation plans for process improvements Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Support departmental initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Experience in process, quality, or supply chain process engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with computer systems and process engineering software Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Preferred:
