- The primary responsibility is process improvement, utilizing lean techniques to standardize and simplify processes, ultimately delivering value in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- + Dedicate majority of time (60
- 80%) on the shop floor (Gemba) in assigned process path(s) + Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities + Utilize lean techniques to standardize and simplify processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations + Learn/Utilize lean tools & techniques such as standardization, problem solving, people engagement, leadership soft-skills, one-piece flow, Kanban/pull systems, continuous improvement, value stream mapping, visual management, error proofing, 5S, training, etc.

Succeed:
Education:
- + Pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in a related discipline, preferably Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/etc.), Supply Chain or related field.
Experience:
- + Bachelor's Degree student
- Junior or Sophomore + Strong interest in process improvement and lean methodologies + Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members + Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •Why Work for Us?
