TITLE:

Industrial Engineer II

DUTIES:

Determining the most effective and efficient ways to manufacture an Aircraft. Developing most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials and information. Developing management control systems. Applying statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards. Assisting in financial planning and cost analysis. Designing production planning and control systems. Designing methods to ensure product quality. Evaluating effects of

product design changes for management review, action, and control. Coordinating quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximizing product reliability, and minimizing cost.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field and 3 years in any job title involving experience in the aerospace industry. Prior experience must also include the following: Working experience with aerospace process and methods including PFMEA, AQPQ, or Production Process Verification (PPV); Working experience in Project Management; Applying Production and Quality rules in aviation; Experience in lean manufacturing, setting up new industrial facilities in aviation from Quality and Manufacturing Engineering point of view; and Manufacturing process design according to aviation standards.
