Description Lead improvement initiatives in manufacturing, including automation and digital systems. Validate processes through capability studies and gauge R&R analysis. Resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions. Support manufacturing operations with audits and quality analysis. Manage supplier corrective actions and collaborate with procurement. Assist with New Product Introduction and integration of new technologies. Maintain accurate documentation and quality records.
