HOURS:

MON-FRI 8am-5pm (ET) Paint Production Engineering Department is seeking a motivated Engineer to lead new model activities within the Paint Simultaneous Engineering (SE) function. This role will serve as the liaison between design and manufacturing teams, supporting projects across Toyota s North American paint manufacturing facilities. They will report the Manager, the Engineer will support the development and implementation of new model processes that meet paint standards and safety, quality, productivity, and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support SE group to develop and update Paint SE standard check sheet, shikumi, BMC, feedback from other projects to continue improving Paint SE quality, safety, productivity, and cost.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

2+ years of relevant experience. Candidates qualifying through co-op or internship experience must have completed at least two terms. 1 year of experience working with 3D CAD drawings. Proficient in 2D and 3D modeling, AutoCAD, Catia. Overall project schedule planning. Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

EDUCATION

Bachelor s degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Other Requirements:

12%: Travel

•Domestic and International (US, Canada and Mexico) 12%: Over-time

Steel Toed Shoes/Hard Hat and Safety Glasses Desired Skills:
