Job Description

Seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer with strong experience in Process Validation, Verification, and Test Method Validation (TMV) to support qualification of 700+ plastic, metal, and electronic components for SpectraWave Catheter and Console products. Key Responsibilities Lead IQ/OQ/PQ, process verification, and TMV activities. Support part qualification, APQP, CTQ/CTS assessments, and risk management (DFMEA/PFMEA). Conduct supplier audits, qualification, quality agreements, and change control reviews. Drive root cause analysis, SCARs, and resolution of
FAI/APQP
issues. Monitor supplier performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 3+ years in Manufacturing, Product Quality, or Supplier Quality Engineering. Hands-on expertise in process validation/verification and
IQ/OQ/PQ.
Experience with plastic, metal, and electronic components. Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and supplier quality management.
ISO 13485
Lead Auditor certification is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Up to 20% travel required.
Pay:
$51.00 - $57.00 per hour
