• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Media Room Assistant to work in the Media Room. Day-to-day, you will focus on pre- and post-production support. You will partner cross-functionally with the Communications and Learning & Development teams.

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Core Responsibilities
• Pre-Production Support
• Schedule recordings and reserve Media Room time
• Prepare teleprompter scripts
• Organize project folders
• Verify equipment readiness
• Charge batteries and prepare media cards
• Track production requests
• Production Support
• Set up cameras, lights, microphones, and teleprompters
• Manage recording logs and shot notes
• Prepare the studio before and after sessions
• Post-Production Support
• Ingest footage
• Organize and back up assets
• Create Premiere Pro project structures
• Build rough cuts from scripts
• Add lower thirds and captions
• Export review versions
• Upload videos to Vimeo, Stream, or SharePoint
• Track review comments
• Perform quality control before publishing
• Asset Management
• Maintain media libraries
• Tag and archive content
• Manage storage locations
• Ensure version control
• Keep project naming conventions consistent
• Administrative Tasks
• Track equipment inventory
• Coordinate with vendors
• Update documentation and SOPs

• This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $28.53 - $28.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
