About Our Client We are partnering with a well established and growing manufacturer seeking a hands on Manufacturing Engineer to support production, equipment reliability, process improvement, and product quality initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, solving real world manufacturing challenges, and directly influencing operational performance. Job Description Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, productivity, and equipment performance Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, production issues, and process inefficiencies Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions Work directly with operators, maintenance technicians, and quality personnel to resolve issues in real time Improve equipment reliability and manufacturing process performance Support production trials, process development, equipment startups, and new initiatives Develop process controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures Analyze manufacturing data and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency Serve as a key technical resource for plant operations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have: 3 to 7+ years of manufacturing, process, mechanical, or equipment engineering experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with hands on troubleshooting experience Ability and willingness to work directly on manufacturing equipment when needed Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and production processes Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong analytical and problem solving skills Self starter with a high level of ownership and accountability What's on Offer Base salary: $85,000 to $100,000 Comprehensive benefits package Long term career growth opportunities
