Jobs › Raynham, MA › Process Engineer Insight Global Process Engineer Raynham, MA Apply Job Description We are seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to support manufacturing operations by identifying process inefficiencies, investigating scrap-related issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will spend significant time on the production floor observing operations, collecting and analyzing data, identifying process gaps, and communicating findings to cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating observations and data into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Investigate manufacturing scrap and quality-related issues to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Observe production operators and manufacturing processes to understand workflow, identify inefficiencies, and uncover process gaps. Collect, organize, and analyze production and quality data to identify trends and support decision-making. Monitor key process steps and evaluate performance against operational expectations. Document findings, summarize observations, and provide clear recommendations to engineering, quality, and operations teams. Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and participate in reviews to determine corrective and preventive actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, improving efficiency, and enhancing process consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor process improvements. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Quality, or a related technical field preferred. Experience in a manufacturing, production, quality, or continuous improvement environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collect, interpret, and communicate data effectively. Medical Device Experience / ISO13485 Experience observing and evaluating manufacturing processes in a production environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize findings and present recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies. Experience investigating quality issues, scrap reduction initiatives, or process optimization projects. Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, production metrics, and statistical analysis techniques.
