Job Description Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve quality and increase manufacturing efficiency. Analyze production processes and recommend enhancements to manufacturing methods and controls. Monitor manufacturing equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Identify and promote workplace safety improvements and risk reduction opportunities. Support capacity planning, capital investment projects and return-on-investment analysis. Conduct time studies and support production planning initiatives. Assist with the development and maintenance of production controls, operating procedures, quality systems and employee training programs. Coordinate and support new product introductions and manufacturing launches. Design, develop, evaluate and justify tooling, machinery and equipment improvements. Participate in cross-functional teams representing manufacturing operations. Support assembly activities and provide technical expertise relating to engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 1-5 years of manufacturing or engineering experience. Exposure to fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing operations. CAD proficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
