- Analyze current workflows and business processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste.
- Design and implement improved processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Facility Expansion & Infrastructure Development
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of production facility expansion projects.
- Define facility requirements, layouts, and infrastructure needed to support current and future production demands.
- Manage installation of manufacturing infrastructure including power distribution, network connectivity, cable tray systems, workstations, equipment locations, and material handling systems.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Operations Optimization
- Improve productivity in manufacturing, service, healthcare, logistics, or business environments.
- Optimize resource utilization, including labor, equipment, materials, and facilities.
- Balance capacity and demand. Data Analysis and Performance Measurement
- Collect and analyze operational data.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Use statistical tools to identify trends and support decision-making. Supply Chain and Logistics
- Improve inventory management.
- Optimize warehouse operations and transportation networks.
- Reduce lead times and operating costs. Quality Management
- Develop quality standards and control procedures.
- Analyze defects and root causes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions. Project Management
- Lead improvement projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Track budgets, schedules, and project outcomes. Facility and Workspace Design
- Design efficient plant layouts and workstations.
- Improve material flow and ergonomics.
- Enhance workplace safety and productivity. Cost Reduction
- Analyze operating expenses.
- Recommend automation, process changes, or technology investments.
- Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for improvement initiatives. Automation and Technology Integration
- Assess and implement automation solutions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives.
