- Level position to support engineers in developing programs and processes for new production/prototyping jobs and refine and optimize current ones.
This position will establish a solid foundation, allowing for growth into a full-fledged engineering position. Key Responsibilities The Junior Engineer will provide support to engineers on various projects, troubleshoot issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes as per our quality system. They will be responsible for setting up both prototyping projects and production projects. This includes configuring manufacturing systems, ensuring efficient processes, and developing and optimizing production programs. Additionally, the engineers will oversee the maintenance of manufacturing systems to ensure their optimal performance. Assist engineers in the design, development, and implementation of customer projects. Conduct research and analysis to support project requirements and objectives. Prepare documentation required by the QMS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Participate in project meetings, offering insights and updates on project progress. Maintain and update project engineering records. Key Requirements Minimum BS in Engineering, working toward degree, or Applicable Work Experience. CAD Experience Key Expectations Continued Learning through classwork at University or internal training monitored on the Training Logs Develop into Production or R D Engineer within 1-2 years Provide management with feedback on progress, issues, needs, and concerns. Salary Basic salary, dependent on experience.
