Job Description The Manufacturing Engineer II will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for: Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures. Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness activities. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and safety. Analyze manufacturing data to drive efficiency improvements and cost reductions. Lead root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives. Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvements. Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical and operational challenges. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred. 4+ years of manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering experience within a production environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to work in a hands-on manufacturing setting. Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, process validation, and quality systems. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
