Your Key Responsibilities Define and implement measures to enhance productivity in core and supportive production processes. Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision-making. Contribute to the development of engineering strategies within key organizational fields. Aid in aligning capacity demand with budget and investment projects. Support new product introduction processes, including developing routings, fixtures, visual aids, and work instructions. Develop standard operating procedures for manufacturing, assembly processes, and various business support functions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Assist maintenance teams with equipment-related issues as necessary.
Your Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum of 2 years of Engineering experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment Solid understanding of engineering processes and production-related topics Strong analytical and structured working style Confident, cooperative and solution-oriented approach Effective communication, teamwork, and knowledge of industry standards External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
