Manufacturing operations experience in automotive industry Conduct regular Gemba walks Drive process improvements to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance Coach supervisors and operators on standard work Experience In Stamping, Sheet Metal & Welding processes (Spot Welding & Stud Welding)
