This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is highly analytical, organized, and interested in developing hands-on manufacturing experience. The selected candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support operational efficiency, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support daily production and manufacturing activities Analyze production data, downtime, scrap, and operational trends Create and maintain reports, trackers, and process documentation Support process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions Monitor KPIs and support management reporting Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Support implementation of engineering and operational changes Benefits Competitive benefits package Career growth opportunities Hands-on manufacturing experience Dynamic and collaborative work environment Additional Information Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
