Job Description
100% onsite•1st shift. Flint, MI This role will be responsible for analyzing manufacturing processes, conducting time studies, updating workstation layouts, improving throughput, and collaborating closely with production teams and UAW counterparts on Industrial Engineering and ergonomic matters. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience developing and documenting standardized work procedures. Strong background in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Experience performing time studies and motion analysis. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and computer-aided drafting tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt communication and work styles when interacting with diverse groups of employees. Self-motivated with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
