What You Will Be Doing:

Provide technical direction and business guidance to operations manufacturing engineers and superintendents to enhance customer experience. Support process improvement and ensure quality production within assigned area(s), including quality system execution and enhancement. Develop a team of high-performing engineers to support and serve various areas in a manufacturing plant. Offer support and guidance for production process enhancements, problem resolution, and engagement in transformational initiatives within the plant. Ensure adherence to established quality policies, investigate root causes of quality issues, recommend policy changes, and strive for continuous improvement in team performance for quality and profitability.
