Job Description
The program manager is responsible for:
Managing and supporting Tier 1 project management services who work as liaisons between the suppliers and Stellantis on packaging design, development and delivery of standard containers to the supply baseMaintaining packaging launch KPIsValidating 198/092 requests for reimbursement of expendable packagingInteracting and engaging with cross-functional teams (Product, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Supply Base, Safety, Quality, etc.) to ensure packaging meets the requirements of each functional groupEnsuring that the highest densities possible are reached while maintaining part quality in transitCreating new and improved standards and best practicesParticipating in global teams dedicated to the design and density processParticipate in continuous improvement activities related to packaging improvement

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chainDemonstrated ability to solve complex issues as well as manage through all aspects of the daily business, including escalation and communication as requiredAbility to implement, sustain, and improve new or existing specialized packaging build processesExcellent oral and written communication skills, including working knowledge ofMicrosoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:
