Job Summary The Process Engineer develops, optimizes, and supports high-quality PCBA manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Improve manufacturing quality and efficiency using data-driven, cross-functional approaches Develop and maintain PFMEAs and implement risk-reduction actions Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for new products Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for processes and equipment Designfixturingto reduce risk and improve quality Create andmaintaindetailed work instructions Support production in resolving issues and preventing recurrence Implement LEAN principles to reduce waste Support capital equipmentselection, qualification, and implementation Write and execute Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols Apply

requirements for acceptability of electronic assemblies Train production operators as needed Support customer corrective actions Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned processes/equipment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of PCBAs and electroniccomponentpackages Strong attention to detail and continuousimprovementmindset
