About Waymaker Resource Group, LLC Since 2014, Waymaker Resource Group, a small-disadvantaged and minority owned business, and its global network of suppliers, vendors, and service providers have been supporting global energy, nuclear power, manufacturing, and federal projects in the areas of project management, equipment reliability, construction projects, program controls/compliance, and staff augmentation. I&C Coordinator We are seeking a qualified I&C Coordinator to support instrumentation and controls activities at a commercial nuclear power plant. This position is responsible for coordinating maintenance and project work involving plant instrumentation, control systems, and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient execution of scheduled activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily I&C maintenance and modification activities supporting plant operations and outage schedules Interface with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Work Management to support work execution and schedule adherence Review work packages, procedures, and material readiness prior to job execution Support troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and repair activities for plant instrumentation and control systems Track work progress, identify schedule conflicts, and assist with emergent issues as needed Ensure all activities comply with station procedures, industrial safety standards, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements Promote strong human performance standards and nuclear safety culture principles
