Analyze manufacturing workflows, line balancing, and labor utilization to build robust capacity models, production strategies, and staffing plans. Conduct value stream mapping, time studies, and structured problem-solving to eliminate production bottlenecks and lower cycle times. Manage strategic operational improvement projects from concept through execution, delivering gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to support process validation, improve manufacturability, and scale production.
