About the job As a Quality Engineer , you will take ownership of key quality control processes, including audits, fall-out management, and ISO compliance, to ensure products and practices meet company and industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement improvements, and support continuous compliance with ISO requirements. This hands-on role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will report directly to the Quality Manager. You will Review and approve Product and Processes Corrective and Prevention Action Plans. Assess and evaluate all reliability testing, equipment service and calibration and the verification process. Perform failure analyses, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
