Position Summary Energizer is seeking a talented and motivated student to join the Americas Packaging Technical Services (PTS) team as a Packaging Engineering Intern for Summer 2026. The PTS team leads packaging development and manufacturing processes across all projects - from primary packaging through shipper cases, unit loads, and POP displays - supporting programs from early concept through full national production. This internship offers hands‑on engineering experience and the opportunity to contribute to innovative packaging solutions across the Global Batteries portfolio, with a key focus on Energizer's plastic‑free packaging initiative. Interns will collaborate with multiple functions across the business and gain exposure to how packaging supports the operations of a global enterprise. Responsibilities Students will be provided a mentor to guide them through their assignments and routine feedback. Students will be expected to Assist in manufacturing trials and support new product launches, including creating specifications and drawings for new packaging components. Support data integrity verification, including weights, measurements, and SOP creation for Energizer's master data system. Gather and validate data for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting. Provide project support to PTS team members across a variety of packaging initiatives as needed. We we are looking for Required Skills and Experience Majoring in Packaging, Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering or related field (such as Packaging Science), with at least sophomore-year academic standing. Students from non-traditional educational paths are encouraged to apply. Minimum GPA of 3.0. Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively, both independently and as part of a project team, with adaptability to different working styles and support needs. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Come join us! Total Rewards Package The pay rate for this position is up to USD $15.00/Hr. per hour Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
