Job Description

Jr. Quality Engineer Quality Dallas, North Carolina Professional Direct Hire Mar 2, 2026 HTI is seeking a Jr. Quality Engineer (2nd Shift) to support a growing automotive plastics manufacturing operation. This position will focus on supporting automotive-grade quality systems for injection-molded plastic components and ensuring compliance with customer and IATF requirements during 2nd shift production. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 2nd shift. The pay range is $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

What You Need:
Engineering degree highly preferred 2-3 years of experience in an automotive supplier environment (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred) Prior engineering experience within an automotive manufacturing setting Experience with injection molding or plastics manufacturing Engel molding machine experience preferred Working knowledge of automotive quality systems and documentation Understanding of

What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Quality Engineer will support 2nd shift production operations by maintaining quality standards, supporting compliance activities, and driving continuous improvement efforts within injection molding operations. Support quality activities for automotive injection molding production Create, maintain, and update work instructions and quality documentation Support

compliance and related audits Interface with internal production teams to address quality concerns and corrective actions Assist with supplier quality activities as needed Support ongoing process improvements and quality initiatives during 2nd shift Monitor production quality and help resolve issues in real time Work independently while supporting off-shift manufacturing operations Additional duties as assigned About HTI Human Technologies, Inc.
