Maintains record of calibration and verification of measurement devices used in manufacturing documents. Owns standard operating procedures and associated trainings for manufacturing processes. Recommending and implements equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products. Developing and conducting statistical analysis such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) targeting physical cause of failure for yield loss and improving quality. Interacting with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible. Participating in internal and external IATF audits and ensuring all control documentations (PFD, PFMEA, and PCP) are up to date. Collaborating with downstream departments, facilities, logistics and software teams to resolve interruptions to production. Providing guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Skills and Qualifications:
