You'll work directly with company ownership, gain exposure to strategic decision-making, and help shape the future of our operations. What You'll Do

• Improve warehouse layout, workflow, and material flow
• Reduce equipment inspection, cleaning and disinfection turnaround times and increase productivity
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze operational data and develop KPIs
• Implement 5S, visual management, and process improvements
• Solve operational bottlenecks and drive measurable results What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Operations, Supply Chain, or related Engineering field
• 0-5 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence
