Job Description
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Process Engineering Technician candidates in the Newington, NH area.
Responsibilities:
Monitor daily production operations to ensure compliance with established process specifications and standards. Provide hands-on support for extrusion and manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot process issues and document corrective actions. Assist with training production operators and supervisors on: Support new products. Support equipment, processes, and procedures. Conduct process trials, including data collection and analysis. Ensure production databases, documentation, and reporting are accurate and up to date. Identify process trends, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Engineering on resolutions. Support Engineering and Production in resolving equipment or process malfunctions. Assist with the startup, validation, and evaluation of new products and processes. Work with Process Engineers to implement process improvements and optimization efforts. Assist with production tooling maintenance, improvements, and corrective actions. Identify and escalate safety concerns through proper channels. Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.Desired Background/Skills:
Experience in a manufacturing or extrusion environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and process troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow, interpret, and help create process documentation and work instructions. Comfort working closely with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data. Willingness and ability to work any shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Experience supporting extrusion or continuous manufacturing processes. Exposure to process improvement initiatives. Prior experience assisting with training or process documentation. Familiarity with manufacturing databases or production reporting systems.Other Information:
