Job Description Reporting directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for: Develop, implement, and enhance manufacturing processes to improve productivity, consistency, and quality. Create, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, control plans, and operating procedures. Support assembly, testing, inspection, and production activities while ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing operations. Drive continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, throughput improvement, yield enhancement, and cost reduction. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions to resolve production and quality issues. Design and introduce tooling, fixtures, gauges, and process improvements that improve manufacturing performance. Partner with engineering teams to review product designs and improve manufacturability and assembly efficiency. Support prototype builds, process development activities, validation efforts, and new product introduction programs. Analyze manufacturing data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements. Train and support operators and technicians on manufacturing methods, quality requirements, and best practices. Manage engineering changes, process updates, and configuration control activities. Support audits and maintain compliance with customer, quality, and regulatory standards. The Successful Applicant Education:

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or Associate's Degree with equivalent experience Experience in a manufacturing engineering role. Knowledge of process development, work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation. Experience conducting root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams. Effective communication and organizational skills. Experience using CAD software, ideally SolidWorks. A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
