As a Packaging Engineer, you will be part of the Packaging Engineering team supporting packaging category and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical problem-solving, a detail-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams and vendors, which will align successfully in the organization.

• $23/hr on W2 What's the Job?

Assemble packaging prototypes for consumer testing to help validate design and performance. Support the process of managing new tooling development, including coordination and key-date adherence. Learn and apply how to push Division + Operations + Vendors to keep launches on track. Anticipate and elevate blocking points early to help ensure deadlines and major launches are met. Troubleshoot technical issues and become proficient in systems related to packaging specifications & testing. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 1-3 years of proven experience in package engineering & development desired (cosmetics, consumer goods, or related field preferred). Strong PC skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint, and CAD software. Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (preferred). Strong understanding of the packaging production process, with meticulous attention to design details and quality. What's in it for me?
