Clark, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $41 - 52 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Develop and manage end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and QCP processes to ensure on-time, compliant product launches and plant transfers for Our Client.

Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and R&I to align product definitions with Our Client's profitability, agility, and sustainability goals.

Lead risk assessments, feasibility cost studies, and COG analyses to create mitigation plans and secure technical backup options on behalf of Our Client.

Present project reviews to leadership, drive roadblock resolutions, and serve as the vital communication link between divisional and industrial teams for Our Client.

Coordinate R&D initiatives, research packaging components, and deliver value analysis to optimize product development workflows for Our Client.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline. 4 to 6 years of package/product development and project management experience, preferably within cosmetics or consumer goods. Strong technical packaging expertise, advanced Excel skills, and a strategic, seasoned leadership approach to inspire cross-functional teams for Our Client.
