1st Shift Option 1: 4 days/week (10-hour shifts) Option 2: 4 days/week (9-hour shifts + 4 hours on Friday)
Salary:
$54,000 - $70,000/year Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Process Engineer to join a growing electronics manufacturer in Moorestown, NJ. This role focuses on developing and optimizing processes for printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in electronics manufacturing, and the ability to support production teams with technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Develop processes and methods for building printed circuit board assemblies (PCBs) from customer documentation Create Pick and Place machine programs and process instructions using Aegis Software (Checkpoint/CircuitCAM) Review and support fabrication of solder paste stencils Design and review array layouts for efficient PCB production Document automated, manual, and inspection processes for product builds Develop and implement assembly tooling and fixtures Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot yield issues Maintain and support production equipment Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices Qualifications Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly processes Familiarity with Pick and Place programming and CAD-based manufacturing data Experience with Aegis Software (Checkpoint/CircuitCAM) or similar tools preferred Strong understanding of surface mount technology (SMT) processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and customer documentation Experience with stencil design and PCB array configuration Strong problem-solving and analytical skills PeopleShare by PROMAN
