Performance Health is seeking a Manager of Global Packaging to join our team in Akron, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, sourcing, optimization, and lifecycle management of packaging solutions across the company's global product portfolio. This role provides leadership to Packaging Engineers and related technical resources while driving packaging innovation, cost optimization, supplier development, sustainability initiatives, and operational excellence.

The Manager serves as both a people leader and technical expert, balancing team development with direct project leadership. The role partners closely with Sourcing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Global Operations to ensure packaging solutions meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, cost objectives, and business growth strategies.

This position also leads the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital tools, and data analytics into packaging design, sourcing, and project management processes to improve speed, quality, decision-making, and productivity.
