Job Description Head the Quality department decisions for the selection, development, and approval of new suppliers. Conduct supplier visits and lead audits on-site at supplier Implement and expand the supplier rating process Work cross-funtionally with supply chain, production and engineering Supervise team of inspectors and purchasing personell Work in collaboration with other functional areas to support new design introduction or revisions into manufacturing. Lead / participate in internal quality and process audits; support external ISO, Customer & other audits as required.
