Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Development and Production Support Engineer to build, deploy, and support automation solutions while ensuring stability and performance in production environments. This role combines hands-on development with operational support, focusing on automation platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement of business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in UiPath, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage both development and support responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and related tools Support and enhance automations leveraging AI capabilities, including large language models Build reusable components and contribute to automation standards and best practices Support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation validation Train and assist end users on automation tools and processes Monitor production environments, including jobs, queues, permissions, and system health Log, track, and manage incidents, issues, and service requests Identify and escalate risks or issues related to development and production systems Support change management processes including configuration, releases, and access controls Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve automation solutions Contribute to the automation roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in automation development, software development, or production support Hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, or StudioX) or similar platforms Experience in both development and production support environments Programming experience in C# or Python Familiarity with AI-enabled automation solutions and large language models Understanding of databases, data structures, and SQL Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and incident/change management processes Familiarity with .NET/C#, XML/XSLT, and scripting (PowerShell or Python) Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise automation programs or digital transformation initiatives Familiarity with governance, compliance, and best practices in automation development Experience improving system reliability and operational efficiency
