  • $130k, full benefits, training and career growth Production System Engineer (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) leading continuous improvement across multiple sites Drive Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and operational efficiency initiatives Deliver measurable results through cost reduction, productivity gains, and process improvement The Company 75+ year old multi-billion-dollar international 3PL Key to the national and international growth of the datacenter industry Recognized globally for operational excellence and long-term growth The Position Serve as the primary Lean Six Sigma Black Belt driving continuous improvement across multiple sites Lead Kaizen events and facilitate value stream mapping to optimize workflows and eliminate waste Execute Black Belt-level projects focused on cost savings, efficiency, and performance improvement Coach and develop site teams and Green Belts on Lean methodologies and best practices Deliver training programs to support continuous improvement initiatives Partner with site leadership to identify opportunities and implement operational improvements Validate savings, track KPIs, and ensure sustainability of results Drive standardization, best practices, and support site certification efforts The Details $90k•$130k, full benefits, training and career growth 3+ years' experience in continuous improvement, operations, or supply chain environments Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required Strong knowledge of Lean tools (Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC) with ability to drive measurable results
