OT Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Operational Technology Engineer/Analyst is a hands‑on role responsible for the 24/7 support, reliability, and continuous improvement of one of our large energy customers mission‑critical Outage Management System (OMS). This position supports a custom‑developed, two‑tier OMS application written in Visual C++ with an Oracle database and blends application and database troubleshooting with strong operational awareness and disciplined incident response. The role owns day‑to‑day OMS operations, including monitoring, Level 2/3 incident and problem management, root‑cause analysis, and delivery of break/fix work and small enhancements in a controlled OT environment.
