The team collaborates closely with engineers, maintenance professionals, and OEMs to rapidly move from problem to tailored solution, whether through prototyping, custom fabrication, or high-volume production. EGC focuses on engineered solutions that improve reliability, reduce downtime, and help customers operate with confidence in severe service conditions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mentor, OH. The Job Title role is responsible for supporting the design, development, and execution of solutions that align with customer requirements and EGC's engineering standards. Day-to-day tasks may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical documentation, assisting with project planning, and participating in quality and performance reviews of products and components. The role will also involve communicating with internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, customers to clarify specifications, address issues, and ensure timely delivery of work. The individual in this role is expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain a safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Relevant technical skills in engineering, manufacturing, or materials science, with the ability to understand and apply specifications and process requirements. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues across engineering, production, and customer-facing functions. Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support project goals. Problem-solving and analytical skills to help identify issues, propose solutions, and improve processes and product performance. Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in industrial, aerospace, or related environments; familiarity with graphite or advanced materials; comfort with basic office and manufacturing software; and an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
