KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and execute quality assurance activities including audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation and procedures. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to resolve quality issues. Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles, preferably in manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes. Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and statistical analysis software to support data-driven decision making. Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and familiarity with audit processes.
WE VALUE
Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive process improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for quality excellence. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain quality management. Qualifications
