We are currently seeking a Process Engineer who is passionate about manufacturing, continuous improvement, and solving complex production challenges. If you enjoy working on the manufacturing floor, collaborating with production teams, and making a measurable impact on quality and efficiency, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency throughout the operation. Develop and validate manufacturing processes for new products and first article production. Partner with production personnel to identify process improvements and implement best practices. Investigate manufacturing and quality issues using root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions. Analyze production processes to improve yield, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Management on process improvement initiatives. Lead or participate in cross-functional projects that support operational excellence. Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams. Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Hands-on foundry experience . Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills. Experience identifying and implementing process improvements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications. Experience with casting simulation software, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks is a plus. Experience managing capital projects or facility improvements is a plus. Technical degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. Why Join Morris Bean?
